Introducing Iman AI: Smarter Guidance, Qualification, and Digital Engagement on the Iman Risk Solutions Platform

At Iman Risk Solutions, we are building our platform around a simple idea: technology should make insurance easier to understand, easier to navigate, and more responsive to the needs of the people and organizations using it.

As part of that vision, we have introduced a new set of AI-assisted features on our website designed to improve the way customers, insurance brokers, agents, insurers, and potential capacity partners interact with our platform.

These new features are not intended to replace licensed insurance professionals, underwriting decisions, or regulatory requirements. Instead, they are designed to improve digital engagement, help visitors find the right pathway, collect relevant preliminary information, and make future conversations with our team more focused and productive.

Meet the Iman AI Assistant

The most visible new feature is the Iman AI Assistant, which is now available directly through the chat icon displayed on our website.

Visitors can open the assistant from different pages across the website and ask questions about Iman Risk Solutions, Takaful, ethical insurance, our digital platform, potential customer needs, broker opportunities, or insurer partnerships.

The assistant is designed to provide an interactive first point of contact. Instead of requiring visitors to navigate through multiple pages before finding relevant information, they can begin by simply asking a question.

How to Use the Iman AI Assistant

Using the assistant is straightforward.

  1. Click the chat icon located at the bottom of the website.
  2. The Iman AI Assistant will open and provide an introductory message.
  3. You can type your question directly into the chat window.
  4. You may also choose one of the available pathways: customer, broker or agent, or insurer and capacity partner.
  5. Based on the conversation, the assistant may direct you toward one of our dedicated qualification experiences.

Your Conversation Can Continue Across the Website

One of the important improvements we have introduced is conversation continuity.

If a visitor starts a conversation on the home page and later navigates to another part of the Iman Risk Solutions website, the same chat session can be restored.

This means visitors do not need to repeatedly start over or explain the same situation every time they move between pages.

The objective is to create a more natural and consistent digital experience, similar to continuing a conversation with the same representative instead of being transferred to a completely new interaction each time.

Three Dedicated Qualification Pathways

Not every visitor comes to Iman Risk Solutions for the same reason. For that reason, our AI-assisted experience recognizes three primary stakeholder pathways.

1. Customer and Business Prospect Pathway

This pathway is designed for individuals or businesses interested in insurance, Takaful, or future protection solutions that may be made available through Iman Risk Solutions and its licensed insurance partners.

The qualification process may ask preliminary questions about topics such as:

  • the type of insurance need;
  • business or personal circumstances;
  • industry and company size;
  • existing insurance arrangements;
  • current premiums or policy portfolio;
  • timing;
  • pain points with the current insurance experience; and
  • the type of support being sought.

The purpose is not to make an underwriting decision. It is to better understand the prospect and determine an appropriate next step.

2. Broker and Insurance Agent Pathway

Insurance brokers and agents have different needs from prospective customers.

Our broker pathway is therefore designed to help us better understand potential distribution relationships, licensing status, market reach, product interests, customer segments, and potential collaboration opportunities.

As Iman Risk Solutions develops its future MGA and Takaful distribution capabilities, strong broker relationships will be an important part of our strategy.

The AI-assisted pathway helps us collect relevant information before a deeper business conversation takes place.

3. Insurer and Capacity Partner Pathway

The third pathway is designed specifically for insurers, capacity providers, and organizations interested in strategic collaboration with Iman Risk Solutions.

The platform can help structure preliminary discussions around areas such as:

  • product appetite;
  • available insurance capacity;
  • geographic scope;
  • distribution opportunities;
  • Takaful-related partnership interest;
  • digital integration potential; and
  • strategic alignment.

This allows our team to better understand the organization before beginning more formal partnership discussions.

AI-Assisted Qualification

In addition to conversational guidance, the platform now includes a structured AI-assisted qualification experience.

Visitors answer a series of questions relevant to their selected pathway. The platform then evaluates those responses and generates a preliminary qualification assessment.

Depending on the pathway, that assessment may include:

  • a qualification score;
  • a preliminary priority level;
  • a structured summary;
  • a recommended next step; and
  • a more detailed assessment report.

This enables Iman Risk Solutions to organize inbound interest more effectively while also giving visitors a clearer understanding of what may happen next.

Why We Are Building These Features

Insurance distribution often involves considerable back-and-forth communication before the right people, information, and opportunities are connected.

Our goal is to use technology to improve that process.

Instead of asking every visitor to complete the same generic contact form, our platform can begin identifying whether someone is:

  • a prospective customer;
  • a business seeking insurance solutions;
  • a broker or agent;
  • an insurer or capacity provider; or
  • someone simply looking to learn more about Takaful.

That information can help create a more relevant experience for the visitor and a more efficient follow-up process for our team.

Designed to Support Human Relationships, Not Replace Them

We believe artificial intelligence can improve the insurance experience, but insurance remains a highly regulated and relationship-driven industry.

For this reason, our AI tools are designed as an assistance and engagement layer.

They are not intended to replace:

  • licensed brokers or agents;
  • licensed insurers;
  • professional insurance advice;
  • underwriting decisions;
  • policy issuance;
  • binding authority; or
  • regulatory requirements.

Any future insurance product offered through the Iman Risk Solutions platform will remain subject to the appropriate licensing, insurance-partner, underwriting, and regulatory requirements.

Privacy and Responsible Data Collection

As we introduce more intelligent digital capabilities, data protection remains an important part of our platform design.

The Iman AI Assistant explicitly advises users not to provide highly sensitive information such as passwords, banking credentials, government identifiers, or other information that is not necessary for the interaction.

Our broader goal is to collect only information that is relevant to the business purpose of the interaction and to handle that information in a responsible manner as we continue developing our privacy, security, and compliance framework.

From Website Traffic to Meaningful Engagement

A website visit by itself tells very little about what a visitor actually needs.

The new AI capabilities help transform passive website traffic into structured engagement.

A visitor can now move through a journey such as:

Visit the website → Ask a question → Identify a pathway → Complete a qualification assessment → Receive a preliminary recommendation → Continue with the appropriate Iman Risk Solutions team.

For us, this is an important step toward building a truly digital-first insurance distribution experience.

What Comes Next

The current AI capabilities represent another stage in the development of the Iman Risk Solutions platform.

We intend to continue improving how the platform supports customers, brokers, insurers, and strategic partners while we progress through our licensing, insurance partnership, compliance, and commercialization processes.

Future improvements may include deeper personalization, enhanced digital workflows, better lead routing, additional educational capabilities, and stronger integration between AI-assisted engagement and our broader insurance platform.

Try the New Experience

We invite customers, businesses, brokers, insurance professionals, insurers, and anyone interested in the future of Takaful and digital insurance in Canada to explore the new tools.

Visit Iman Risk Solutions, open the Iman AI Assistant, ask a question, or explore the qualification pathway that best describes you.

Your feedback will also help us continue improving the experience as we build toward the next phase of the platform.
